ECO Carpet Cleaning
At bright and Fresh we have been using Eco friendly products for many years but we don’t stop there as we believe we all have a duty to help preserve our planet. We don’t just pay lip service to ECO we try and live it. We have installed solar panels 4 years ago, that supply our hot water. Our 6 hens make short work of our peelings, scraps and garden waste and in return they keep us supplied with fresh eggs, we often have to off load our surplus to friends and clients. The hens also keep us supplied with plenty of natural fertiliser for our vegetable patch. We recycle where possible and have just replace our works van with a vehicle that has ECO start, when the van stops at lights we put the vehicle into neutral the engine cuts off, when the lights change drop the clutch, the engine re-starts pop into gear and were off, we have already seen the benefits in our fuel bills.
There are times when we need to use products that do not sit in the ECO range. When and if the situation arises we will consult with you to see if you would like us to continue. We have had situations where clients have had infestations of carpet moth but would not entertain the use of insecticides. We cleaned the carpets and supplied the clients with dried lavender a natural remedy for carpet moth. It has not eradicated the problem but it has kept it at bay and the clients are happy.
