Leather restoration comes in many forms, from simply topping up the pigments or finishes on worn leather, re-dyeing sun faded aniline leather, repairing, rips, burns, tears, cat scratches and nail varnish spills. I have even changed the colour of furniture, handbags and car seats for a whole host of different reasons.
One of the beauties of leather is its versatility and with a bit of imagination the right skills and products knowledge anything is possible. I’ve even made and replaced a pair of Prada hand bag handles.
